Do I need my own server for node setup?
Not necessarily. We can provision a Vultr VPS as part of the setup fee, or deploy onto your existing infrastructure. We'll discuss the best option for your needs during onboarding.
Is staking custodial?
No — all staking is non-custodial. You delegate from your own wallet to our validator. We never hold your private keys. You can undelegate at any time.
What is the Stellar Horizon API endpoint?
Our Horizon API runs at horizon.campioneinfrastructure.com on Stellar mainnet v25.0.0. Subscribe at the link above to receive an instant API key with 30 req/min rate limit and 99.9% uptime SLA.
What is your refund policy?
Monthly services: cancel with 30 days notice. One-time setup fees are non-refundable once deployment begins. Consulting is non-refundable once the session is delivered.
Are you ISO 20022 compliant?
Yes — all networks we operate (XRPL, Stellar, Chainlink) are ISO 20022 registered or aligned. We are also positioned for CLARITY Act compliance. See our compliance page for full documentation.
