Akash provider troubleshooting

Your Akash provider is declining orders with incompatible attributes.

An Akash provider can be online and reachable but still reject an order because the deployment requests attributes, hardware, storage or audit qualifications that the provider does not advertise.

Attribute matching

Why Akash reports incompatible attributes

The order requirements must match the provider inventory and advertised attributes. Pricing changes cannot make an incompatible workload eligible.

01

Provider attributes do not match

The deployment may require a specific region, host, organization, tier or other custom attribute that your provider does not advertise.

02

GPU vendor or model required

The order may request NVIDIA hardware, a specific GPU model or a minimum GPU count while the provider advertises no compatible GPU inventory.

03

Storage class mismatch

The workload may request persistent or ephemeral storage using a class, capability or quantity that the provider inventory cannot fulfill.

04

signed_by or audit restriction

The deployment may accept only providers signed or audited by a specified authority. A healthy provider can still be excluded.

05

Insufficient CPU, RAM or capacity

The provider may advertise the correct attribute names but lack enough currently available resources to satisfy the requested workload.

06

Pricing does not fix incompatibility

Lowering bid prices cannot make missing hardware, storage, attributes or audit qualifications compatible with the order.

What to compare when attributes are incompatible

Start by comparing the order requirements with the provider attributes, inventory, storage classes, GPU capabilities, audit status and available capacity.

+Compare requested attributes
Read the provider logs and identify the exact attributes required by the order.
+Review advertised provider attributes
Confirm which region, organization, tier, host and custom values your provider publishes.
+Check GPU requirements
Compare requested GPU vendor, model, memory and quantity with actual discoverable inventory.
+Check storage classes
Verify persistent, ephemeral, SSD, NVMe and other requested storage capabilities.
+Check signed_by and audit rules
Determine whether the deployment restricts bids to providers approved by a specific auditor or authority.
+Submit the decline details
Use the free checker and send Campione the order requirements and provider decline message for review.
